Learn to talk to AI clearly.
The one skill under everything I teach: clear, concise directions for AI. Every session is hands-on, and everyone leaves with their own assistant.
A one-on-one lesson, then your own assistant.
Every Pro setup starts with a 1-hour lesson on your own computer: about 30 minutes of examples, then 30 minutes setting things up together.
- 2 hours together in all, one-on-one
- We use your real work, not made-up exercises
- You keep a cheat sheet by your keyboard
$749 Pro setup, lesson included

Everyone gets their own.
Each person sets up their own AI in the session. They ask, it drafts, and the draft comes back to them to check. People make the call. It helps your people and never replaces them.
The tour, room by room.
Each session follows the same six stops. Pro spends more time on each one.
- Foundation
What AI is good and bad at
Where it saves time, where it makes things up, and the postcard rule for privacy.
- Framing
Your profile and rules
Tell your assistant who you are and what it must always or never do.
- Rooms
Writing in your voice
Listings, follow-ups and posts from real samples of how you write.
- Inspection
Every draft checked
The pass or fail check, and picking the right setting for each job.
- Keys
It's yours
Where your files live and how to back them up.
- Open house
Set yours up, hands-on
Everyone sets up their own assistant with help in the room.
What people take home.

Questions about trainings
Who are trainings for?
Real estate offices first, plus any office or team with writing to do. One person can book the one-on-one lesson as part of a Pro setup.
Do people need to know anything about AI first?
No. We start with what AI is good and bad at, then build from there.
What does each person need?
A laptop and a Claude account. Lite works with a free account; Pro needs a paid Claude plan for each person.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. I serve Elmira, Horseheads, Corning and nearby in person, and I can run sessions remotely anywhere.
How do we pay?
A 50% deposit holds your date. The rest is due on the day, before we start. Cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.
