Augment your business
with AI.
Your people stay in charge. AI takes on the searching, sorting and first drafts, working from your own files. This is how we set that up for a whole business, not just one person.
AI isn't here to replace the people in your business. It's here to augment them. Jake Van Clief, who created the ICM folder system our method is built on, makes the case that companies who cut staff and swap in AI will lose to companies who train the people they have, because every trained person gets more done. In his words: "You need more people in the AI age, not less."

Your own AI, in your building.
We set up an AI computer that you buy and own, organize your company files into it, and turn on a dashboard for your business. Your company files stay in the building.
You own the hardware
You buy the AI computer directly, and it stays in your office. We help you choose it and set it up.
Your files stay inside
The AI computer reads your company files right there in the building. They aren't sent to an outside AI service.
Honest about its limits
The AI models that run on one office computer are good at finding answers in your files and weaker than Claude at writing and multi-step work. So the owner also gets a Claude kit.
Contact us for pricing. The Claude kit works through Anthropic's servers and is separate from the AI computer.
Your files, organized so your AI reads them correctly.
Point an AI at your folders today and it treats every file as equally true: your old price list looks just as current as your new one. I build a library of plain files, beside your originals, that your AI reads instead.

One home for every fact
Your prices live in one file. Everything else points to it.
Two dates on every file
When the fact became true, and when it was filed, so filing something today never outranks a policy you set in February.
One current version
Replaced versions move to a marked archive, linked to what replaced them, so they can't be quoted as current.
Confirmed only by you
Nothing is marked confirmed until you confirm it. Moving a file doesn't verify it.
What you don't do, written down
So your AI can say no with a reason instead of guessing.
Sensitive details left out
Card numbers, ID numbers, passwords and door codes stay out on purpose. I tell you which file I found them in.
Only current facts stay connected.
Your AI finds every current fact through one map. When a fact changes, the old version moves to the archive, marked replaced, so it can't be quoted as current.
How it goes
- A 1-hour consultation, $249. We go through your folders together, and you get a price before anything starts.
- Copy, never move. Your original files aren't changed, renamed or deleted.
- Build it, one subject at a time, with dates, sources and links.
- Test it. A second AI that has never seen your library answers real questions from it alone. If it guesses, I fix the library. You see the questions and answers.
- Hand it over, with how to add new files and run the monthly check.
- Walk your open questions together: the things your files never answered.
Plain files, no lock-in
Plain text files you can open in any editor, with related notes linked so you can see them as a graph in Obsidian. It works with your AI Kit, and it works on its own. No software of ours and no subscription.
Where you are now, where you want to be, and how to get there.
We write down your starting numbers, agree on up to 3 goals for the next 90 days, and write the plan for days 1 to 30, 31 to 60 and 61 to 90. Every goal has a number, so we can both tell whether it worked.
Train it like a new hire.
Then choose: I teach you the plan and hand it off, or we work through the 90 days together. Working together includes a "train it" round: your top 3 tasks run about 5 times each, we review the drafts together, and every fix is saved as a written step it follows from then on.
The idea of training AI like a new hire comes from Nick Saraev's role engineering video.
